T&Cs Delivery & Returns

How Long Does Delivery Take?
Orders must be received before 5pm for next working day delivery. Occasionally this can take up to 2 working days dependent on your location. Excluding Southern Ireland where delivery takes longer.

If your order has been dispatched and it hasn't arrived as planned, we ask that you first contact the courier with your tracking number. Failing this, please contact us. Next day delivery is available subject to stock availability, cleared funds and customer address verification. Next Day delivery excludes weekends and bank Holidays. Orders to Southern Ireland can take up to 2 working days.

Please note our shipper delivers between 7.30am – 18.00pm. If you are unavailable between these times then you will be left a card to contact your nearest Interlink/DHL depot to arrange re-delivery.

We do not authorise the delivery of goods to a neighbour/friends house or for the goods to be left in a safe place.

The drivers can only return to a customer once more after they have left a calling card, If you still are unavailable the goods will be returned to the local depot for collection.
Missing / Damaged Items
If you believe you have a missing or damaged item or have been sent goods incorrectly and it has not been advised on the shipping notes that other items are to follow please contact us immediately on day of receipt. Please note we are unable to deal with claims for damage reported after 24 hours.
All products shown are new and covered by manufacturers warranty for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated. (All warranties exclude product misuse, modifying a product in any way, video heads, monitor tubes & CCD sensors damaged by normal wear & tear). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order with us, in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The period in which you can exercise that right is 7 working days beginning the day after your goods are received. The unused goods (including any free gifts) must be returned as originally packaged at the customer’s expense. You must first gain a returns number prior to shipment. All goods received without proper codes will not be processed and returned to address. 

Bulldog cctv reserve the right to have a technician check all equipment prior to accepting returns.
